The Drawing Board E5: Perspective I

This episode: Perspectives. The most common are one point and two point perspectives. Occasionally, you’ll see three points. You can actually have as many points as you want. In this particular video I will focus on recreating the one point perspective of a photograph of the Santa Catalina arch from Antigua, Guatemala.

Portrait Paints

I recorded these portrait paintings of my mother & niece and my father & nephew . These were mother’s day and father’s day gifts. The reference picture of the kids were both around two years old at the time of the painting.

The Drawing Board E4: Flowers in Watercolor

Last episode I drew flowers (See it here: https://youtu.be/wq82kc4rIsg ), this episode I will paint them in watercolor. This includes how to lay down a wash for the background and painting a rose, rosebud, and a sunflower in the foreground. It was also go over some watercolor techniques include how to paint lighter color over darker color.

The Drawing Board E3: Still Life

This particularly episode I will be drawing flowers. This is request coming from my niece. I will be taking inspiration from a drawing she made for me and you get to see how I over analyze the drawing of a six-year-old. I actually think I like her drawing better.
